About Rosina

Meet Rosina

Rosina St. James, BEM is a passionate, award-winning Youth Ambassador, Motivational Speaker, Consultant, and Social Entrepreneur who was born and currently resides in Croydon, London. She holds a Social Policy & Government Degree from the world-renowned London School of Economics. During her time there, she obtained an award for “Outstanding Contribution.” Additionally, she received a BEM (British Empire Medal) from Her Majesty the Queen. As a leading speaker in London, she has been featured on prominent platforms, including The BBC, TEDx , The Guardian, FE News UK, and The Independent.

Knowing no limits, Rosina Co-founded “TIA: The Inner Attitude,” an inspirational organization that helps develop the self-esteem and confidence of young women via creativity. She even mentors offenders and helps ex-offenders reintegrate into society.

When she isn’t motivating, Rosina is a world-traveler (in the span of only 18 months she has visited 20 countries) and dancer. She also enjoys any activity that gets her adrenaline running—especially skydiving and bungee jumping. However, there is nothing she loves more than inspiring people (especially the London youth) to be the best version of themselves and discover their inner leader. Both driven and dedicated, Rosina’s mission is to change the world, one person at a time.
